One restaurant. Connected in every direction.

ONE RESTAURANT. ONE CONNECTED WORKSPACE.

One place to run the work.
One view of the business.

A reservation becomes a service. A service becomes sales, tips, hours, and bookkeeping. Bonune connects those records so the same work doesn’t have to start again in another tool.

of your dining room.

GUESTS & HOSPITALITY

Keep the guest
in the picture.

THE SAME CONTEXT, ALL THE WAY THROUGH

Book→Serve→Coordinate→Close→Understand

OUR FIRST CUSTOMER WAS OUR OWN RESTAURANT

Built through service.
Improved through evidence.

We’re Soheil and Florence. We run Entrecôte in Vancouver: about 100 seats and 35 employees. We started with a stack of separate tools—including OpenTable and QuickBooks.

Soheil is a technology veteran. Together, we started turning the restaurant’s daily problems into software: first reservations, then guest records, staff workflows, and financial operations.

Every addition starts with work we need to do ourselves. The goal is one system you can open and run your restaurant from.

FROM OUR OWN RESTAURANT

Two problems.
One connected approach.

01 / RESERVATIONS → CAPACITY

The floor was an
engineering problem.

A booking system makes assumptions about how long a table stays occupied. We examined POS check durations by party size as a proxy for dining time, then used that evidence to calibrate booking windows and table assignments.

With the floor plan, waitlist, and service constraints in the same system, we could accept more feasible bookings instead of treating the room as full.

Founder-reported occupancy improvement at our own restaurant; an observational result.

02 / SEPARATE TOOLS → FINANCIAL CONTEXT

The numbers needed
the service behind them.

We started with QuickBooks for accounting and a separate reservation platform. Sales, bank transactions, receipts, tips, and staff hours lived in different workflows.

We built bank feeds, receipt matching, categorization, and accountant exports around the same restaurant that takes the bookings. Bookkeeping can now start with the operating context already attached.

Bookkeeping tools are in use. A complete accounting ledger and year-end workflows remain on the roadmap.
